Blog entry about it here.
You can probably guess which are the ones taken at Attitude Bikes.

Personally I don't really like this genre of music, but since it appeared in Danny Macaskill's latest street-trials video, I was hooked to it. You can watch the video here.

Lyrics:
Body movin, body movin
A-1 sound, sound so soothing
Body movin, body movin
We be getting down and you know we're crush groovin

Now, let me get some action from the back section
We need body rocking not perfection
Let your back bone flip but dont slip a disc
Let your spine unwind just take a risk
I wanna do the freak until the break of dawn
Now, tell me party people is that so wrong
The ship is docking, inter-lockin
And up-rockin electro-shocking
We're getting down computer action
Do the robotic satisfaction
All of y'all get off the wall
Have a ball and get involved with

Body movin, body movin
with the a-1 sound, sound so soothing
Body movin, body movin
We be getting down and you know we're crush groovin

Flame on, I'm gone
I'm so sweet like a nice bon bon
Came out rapping when I was born
Mom said rock it 'til the break of dawn
Puttin bodies in motion cause I got the notion
Like Roy Cormier with the coconut lotion
The sound of music makin you insane
You can't explain to people this type of mind frame
Like a bottle of Chateau Neuf Du Pap
I'm fine like wine when I start to rap
We need body rockin not perfection
Let me get some action from the back section

Body movin, body movin
A-1 sound, sound so soothing
Body movin, body movin
We be getting down and you know we're crush groovin

Mike D with the master plan
I said ooh my my and thank you ma'am
And when I grab the mic you scream Ooh god damn
The creme de la creme is who I am
MCA where have you been
Packed like sardines in the tin
So kick off your shoes and put on your swim fins
Cause when it comes to quarries I'm known to swim
And Adrock light up the place
And if you pull my card you pull the ace
And if you ask me to turn up the bass
And if you play defender I could be your hyper space

I was looking at some of the photo albums (which were backed up in my iPod) and I came across this!

It was the last week of our polytechnic attachment in China. The last week was free and easy and so everybody decided to go to Beijing. Beijing is about 20 hours drive by bus from Weifang.

No Great Wall of China pics here, only pics of McDonald's :)
There wasn't McDonald's in Weifang, only KFC. So for 7 weeks we didn't have any burgers :(

Blog entry about it here.

I was looking at some of the photo albums (which were backed up in my iPod) and I came across this!

I was in Weifang, Shandong, China from February to March 2007 for my polytechnic attachment. On the third weekend in Weifang, Matt and I fancied a run to the newly-built Walmart. We met this trials rider there, he name is Shang Guan Yi, and he rides a Koxx Level Boss (with Zhi decals). He should be riding a Zhi mod now :)

I'm using the steel plate from the 74kingz as an improvised chain tensioner. There is some minimal sag from the chain but it's ok.
I'm currently using Tom's Avid Juicy 5 front brake.
I have stripped the cushion off my Shadow Conspiracy seat to give it a "carbon seat" look. It's way lighter too. I'm sick of water being soaked into the seat cushion from the wet.
Last but not least, Maxxis Holy Roller tyres in 24''!

Just some stuffs which Dad got from Australia. Mad magazine (Australian edition), and of course lots of chocolates, and a big packet of nougats. And of course, my boomerang :D
In 3 days, I ate 2 packets (24 pieces) of Caramello Koala and a Caramello bar, and about 40 pieces of nougats. That's about 750g of chocolates I ate!

Rowan John's new Team Ashton / Diamondback 24", prototype DD build.
The geometry is 385/1020 - 1030 ish/+20/5 ish bb, very similar to the Ashton Edd Tongue geometry, the breakthrough frame for the 24'' genre. Heatsink 24UK geometry (385/1025/+25) is also based on the ET.
The weight is 24 lbs dead, frame weight is around 4.5 lbs.

Frame: Team Ashton / DB 24" proto frame
Fork: Inspired 24" disc
Headset: Hope
Stem: Hope 110 10
Bar: Truvative bar
Grips: Trialtech
Brakes: Hope Mono Trial disc brakes 180 front and rear with Atomlab hydro twister for rear brake and routing down forks (lovely threaded top cap) for front brake
Crank: Trialtech cranks, Trialtech single sided guard, 18T sprocket, Trialtech Street BB
Pedal: Inspired (really thin and grip like hell)

This is the opening theme song for the TV series The Unit (season 3). Walk the Fire is composed by Robert Duncan. Full version of 'Walk the Fire' is in the works!
The Unit is my most favourite TV show.

Give me your secrets
Bring me a sign
Give me a reason
To walk the fire
See another dawn
Through your daughter's eyes
You give me a reason
To walk the fire

I saw this video posted in trials-forum UK. It's a comparison between the blueberry, snowy, coust, and red brake pads by Heatsink Bikes, and the Echo brake pad. For your info, I'm using the coust pads. There was a poll on the cousts and reds, and the results were a draw. However some say that the reds are better. I would try the reds when my cousts wear out, like end of next year? The cousts have an incredibly long wear rate, and a very powerful bite!

This video speaks for itself. Heatsink pads are the best!

Please note that all the moves are not in sequence. I arranged them in "sequence" so that you can see the flow of the moves.

Looks like a bergen but it's not. It's 30/50 litre, has 2 fixed lined pockets at the side and 2 zipped pockets in the elastic hood. I find that it's a tad too big for a patrol pack.

The first pic has one pillow inside, and the second pic has 2 pillows showing the extend-able section of the main compartment. The side pockets could be extended too, as showed in the third pic. Only the side pockets are lined. The shoulder straps however, look very thin. The hip strap is also very small. That's not all, there are MOLLE straps everywhere - front, side pockets, base - so you can add on more pouches.

This beats the SAF field pack anytime!

Heres a random video of me, Vince, pulling a 180 foot-plant off a quarter pipe. It was in video mode by accident. It's only 1 second, but turn the speakers up to hear the sound of my Hope Pro2 trials hub!
